Whatever your age or ability, there's a session for you.

Learn to swim

Weekly sessions with a teacher on poolside and helpers in the water. Swimmers need to enter and exit the pool unaided or using a hoist; we supply all the equipment.

Adult learn to swim

A weekly session for adults learning to swim, with a helper in the water if required.

Improvers

For swimmers now doing lengths and ready to progress beyond learn to swim. A small group of no more than 10, with helpers available if needed.

Academy

For confident length swimmers, happy in deep water and able to swim 3 of 4 strokes. Introduces the rules of competitive swimming while building technique and stamina.

Development

For swimmers ready to compete who can swim all four strokes and are confident in deep water. Builds speed and stamina, and supports disabled swimmers towards classification.

Training

For very confident, competent para, disability and mainstream swimmers. Structured session plans covering 2,000–4,000m per session.

For swimmers aged over 18 who want to develop their swimming with a coached session, plus one or two competition opportunities each year.
